Meet Missy
Missy came to us from another sanctuary in Koh Kaen after we agreed to foster 5 dogs until they can find their furever homes. Missy is now adopted in England with two wonderful dads and doggy brother!
Missy is a shy girl with a lot of love to give. She can be nervous of new people or situations, but she is resilient and never runs and hides. Despite her cautiousness, Missy has learned to trust our whole team already, and she is optimistic about every new-comer that she meets. Missy is the first to greet us in the morning and will do the same excited dance along her fence even when you only popped out for five minutes. Missy will push herself against the fence when you’re nearby to let you know she’s always in the market for some scratches, and will gently stand up against your leg when you visit her pen to gaze up at you.
Due to her careful nature we think Missy would best suit a relaxed, and loving home without too much noise or activity. She still hasn’t tried dipping her paws in the local lake like all the others, and we can imagine she would rather spend her days snoozing in the living room next to people she knows she can rely on. Missy has met and played with other resident puppies, and has a great flow of energy; never overbearing or dramatic, but attentive to all our staff and curious about what we’re doing all day.
We’re so happy that Missy has found her family in England and we’ve seen plenty of photos of her enjoying her new home on sofas and beds!
